The Housing Justice Table is hosting an  action, rally and commemoration  on Monday 7/28 at 6 PM at Enright Parklet on 10 years since the mass displacement of Penn Plaza, and I wanted to invite all of you, since you have such a strong footprint in the adjacent community.
The event will include stories from Penn Plaza residents and others still facing displacement today, honor the struggle for housing justice that was borne out of the incident, and point us towards solutions to our housing crisis, including calls for citywide inclusionary zoning. We’re going to start at Enright Parklet and then march to Giant Eagle Shakespeare. Register here
