At the Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation’s annual meeting on Oct. 27, Ryan England was given the Father Leo Henry Founder’s Award for his service to our community.
Ryan has been involved with the BGC’s Housing and Land Use Committee, Garfield Community Action Team, and countless other community projects.
